Q: How does pricing work?
A: Once you're ready to move forward with your project, we will create a detailed estimate for you. Depending on the scope of your project, you may want to utilize an architect or designer in the process as well. We are aware that you will get other estimates, and you should, for comparison pricing. We will do our best to be good stewards of your money, budget, time, and needs. We'll agree on a date to go over the plans and estimate together once you say "go."
Q: How long will my project take to complete?
A: Length of time for completion depends upon the scope of your project and the current building schedule. When we sign the final contract prior to beginning work, we'll give you an estimate of how long it will take. We will keep in close contact with you every step of the way, and discuss and document our progress.
Q: How do you document progress and paperwork?
A: We utilize a project management system that enables us to communicate with our customers, and with everyone assisting in the completion of the project. We use a paperless scanning system to keep track of all paperwork and contracts. You will receive a copy of the contract and any/all change orders.
Q: Are you licensed? Insured?
A: Yes. Kevin is a licensed general contractor. We hold liability insurance and worker's compensation, and all of our laborers are covered as well.
